Trinity Equity Partners is being created to seek substantial
capital appreciation through private equity investments. These
investments will be in emerging private companies, located in
Southern Ontario, and the Toronto Region. A focus will be on
undervalued companies that have demonstrated market acceptance
of their product, or service. Through strategic enhancements
of management, US expansion, and rapid public markets access,
substantial capital gains may occur. Investment in Trinity Equity
Partners will allow investors the opportunity to invest alongside
the Trinity team, for the first time, in a highly efficient
pooled structure.
